Open Hub Monitor in BW BI Data Distribution

Use

If you activate and execute your InfoSpoke, a request is created. This request is displayed in the open hub monitor where you can check the status.

Functions

You can call up the open hub monitor from the InfoSpoke maintenance screen using the monitor button This graphic is explained in the accompanying text .

All requests for your InfoSpoke are displayed there. On the left side, the InfoSpoke information about the logical target system, the destination, the description, and the time of the data delivery are displayed. Under the date of the data delivery, the traffic light status is displayed for each request. From this status you can see whether the request was successfully executed.

You can also chronologically limit the display of requests by using the filter function.

In the right half of the screen, you see the request ID, the update mode, and the technical description for each request from the logical target system, InfoSpoke, and open hub data source.

By double-clicking on one of the listed requests, you arrive in the detail monitor. In the detail monitor, you can

· use the Runtime Error pushbutton to display the runtime error for a selected run

· use the Job Log pushbutton to display the job log for a selected run

· use the Display InfoSpoke pushbutton to display the InfoSpoke version for a time period from the selected extraction.
